The Oliveto with Gin du Jardin is a two-step stunner with unexpected orange creamsicle vibes. Originaly created by Bowen Close, this vegan twist shakes things up with olive pistachio gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, vanilla, and simple syrup, blended into aquafaba and olive oil for a luscious, creamy finish. Shake, slush, combine, and serve in a champagne flute—because cocktails should always surprise and delight.
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Set aside
1 oz Aquafaba
1/2 oz Olive Oil
- Shake with ice, once it has turned to a slush, add step 1 to step 2 and shake/strain/serve into a champaign flute.
